A Half-Day Training Discussion on How to Apply Verboice into Development Program
The InSTEDD iLab Southeast Asia in collaboration with the ICT4D Cambodia Network project is organizing the half-day IVR training on how to design and apply IVR open-source platform “Verboice” to our social development organizations which is a participant of the ICT4D in Social Advocacy group to help them to be able to use the technology for their community program. The training will be held on July 18, 2019, from 2:00 to 5pm at InSTEDD iLab Southeast Asia (Map).
Voice is the most universal and inclusive means of communication, and it’s an ideal way to expand the reach and impact of health and humanitarian programs. InSTEDD has been supporting many partners’ community programs with IVR technology in Cambodia since 2012.
We would encourage all decision making, management or fundraisers to join the training.
What will you get out of this half-day training?

You will learn and practice how to design the IVR program using Verboice from our Technical Project Manager.

We’ll share examples of the project from small to large that used the Verboice system.

You will have the opportunity to discuss the project you are considering apply IVR technology and get advice from our team
