TEST App is a Khmer literacy assessment tool for primary school students created by World Education Cambodia and CamMob with support from USAID Cambodia‘s Development Innovations Cambodia. Since 2014, the TEST app has been used by more than 12,000 students in grades one through three and 620 teachers in Cambodia. The case study of this app provides a comprehensive overview of applied human centered design methodology and recommendations for development practitioners who are interested in designing ICT for education projects in Cambodia.

This study is very helpful to ICT and non-ICT NGOs projects to learn and understand better on few comprehensive steps/processes before design a mobile application.

It’s suggested to give a presentation of the study into the ICT4D meeting which will be facilitated by the ICT4D Cambodia Network in August, 2018. The schedule and venue TBC.

At the meantime, we would like to invite openly to all social development NGOs and particularly education group who wishing integrate ICT4D into you projects/programs.

Please, leave us a comment your name, organization/individual and contact address where we can reach you to the sharing meeting at 012 429597 or putheamak@gmail.com.

If it very helpful, it’s our pleasure to facilitate this kind of sharing and learning meeting on around innovation and education in Cambodia.
